What does the free Scheduling plan include?
Full schedule management — private lessons, group classes, and open bouting — plus member invites, parent–child linking, and self-service booking portals. Up to 50 members and 1 location. No analytics, no billing features.
What does Starter add?
Analytics, a public club page, and multi-club management — on top of full scheduling. Up to 250 members and 3 locations. Invoicing, payments, and QuickBooks sync are Growth-tier features.
What does Growth add over Starter?
Unlimited members and locations, multi-club management, dedicated onboarding, and a direct line to the founding team. Pricing is custom — book a call and we'll build a plan around your club.
Are there per-transaction fees?
Stripe's standard processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, lower for ACH). FencR does not add a platform fee on top.
Can I upgrade from one plan to another?
Yes — start free and upgrade whenever. Your data and members carry over. Downgrading is always available too.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. We can export everything for you before you go.
