FencR 2.2: Visitors, Drop-ins, and One Account for Every Role
FencR 2.2 gives your club a home for everyone who trains with you, not just members. The Members page gains a Visitors tab for trial athletes, drop-ins from other clubs, and guest coaches: record a walk-in in seconds, book credit-free drop-in sessions with an optional fee, put a visiting coach on the schedule, and convert a trial into a member in one click. Members can now hold several roles on one account, so a coach who trains or an admin who parents gets every surface they have earned without switching. Cancellations finally reach the whole staff room by email, and the plan catalog gets search and sorting.
FencR 2.1: One Feed for Club News, and Tournaments at Real Venues
FencR 2.1 gives every club a single announcements feed. Post club news once and every member sees it on their dashboard and gets a notification, with the option to email it too. Session notes from the calendar roll into the same feed, so nothing a coach writes gets lost. And tournaments and camps now have first-class venues: save an external site once and every event there after that is two clicks, with the real address and map on every session.
FencR 2.0 Is Here: Host Camps, Run Your Club Store, and More
FencR 2.0 is our biggest release yet. Clubs can now host camps entirely on FencR, with public signup pages, online payment, and approvals, and open their own club store with inventory that manages itself, every dollar going to the club. The calendar is rebuilt around how coaches actually work: practices colored by level, a By coach view of the day, reusable practice templates, and drag and drop that crosses weeks. Clubs that never wanted membership plans can turn plans off entirely, and every email a young athlete would get goes to their parents instead. Free for every club, as always.
